Scope of application

The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed with Ponnaz & Fils via the website www.ponnaz.ch.

 

Order

The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order by Ponnaz et Fils SARL in Cully.
Ponnaz et Fils SARL remains the owner of the goods until full payment, including any contribution to shipping costs.

Any order from one packing unit is honored.

 

Sale

Subject to stock and price changes.

 

Awards

Prices are in Swiss Francs CHF - VAT 7.7% included, without delivery costs.

 

Delivery in Switzerland

Departure from the cellar in Cully.
From Cully to home charged extra

From 5 to 10 boxes: half-port charged
More than 10 boxes: free shipping

 

Payment in Switzerland

Invoices are issued with a payment term of 30 days net.

 

Delivery for export

Departure from the cellar in Cully.
Delivery charges according to actual cost in addition.
Transport offer on request according to weight and destination.

Youth protection

The legal regulations in force in Switzerland prohibit the sale of all alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age.
By placing an order with Ponnaz et Fils SARL in Cully, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and are authorised to purchase the products sold on the site.

 

Data protection

Customers receive information from Ponnaz & Fils by mail or by Newsletter.

 

Cancellation of orders and right of return

Once sent, the order cannot be cancelled.
The customer is obliged to check the items received. In case of non-conformity of the order, the customer must notify Ponnaz et Fils without delay.
Ponnaz et Fils which will inform the customer of the procedure to follow if any returns of items need to be arranged.

 

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions of sale and delivery are subject to Swiss law.
Any dispute relating to sales concluded within the framework of the present general terms and conditions will be the exclusive competence of the courts of the canton of Vaud, subject to a possible appeal to the Federal Court.
