HISTORY
Wine-makers and producers from generation to generation
Until 1995, the exploitation of the domain is split between two brothers Claude and Jean-Pierre Ponnaz. Then, the succession is taken over by Louis-Philippe Ponnaz and Marc-Henri Mermod, to this day.
In sharing common family values, the cousins complete each other in the different tasks that are the culture, the winemaking and the sale of the harvest.

Alongside the Lake Leman, across the hillsides, preventing against erosion, our domain is divided into thirty terraced plots over 4,2 hectares surface, from Villette to Saint-Saphorin. Our vines are cultivated at mid-high altitude and are shaped by a diverse range of grape varieties.
