Each year at fall the entire yeild is pressed and conditioned in two wine cellars, in the villages of Cully and Chenaux. The winemaking method is classic, two fermentations, alcoholic and malolactic. With the exception of the Chardonnay, aged in oak barrels, white wines are cellared in glassed or stainless steel tanks, the Pinot Noir is matured for one year in red oak barrels. All wines are bottled on the domain.

Tasting and direct sales are held on Friday afternoons from 16:30 to 18:30 and on Saturdays from 10:00 till noon at the Cellar, Quai de l'Independence in Cully. We also receive at your convenience by appointment.
